HOLE #3 - PAR 4

 333

  374

  407

The tee shot on this hole is best played to the left centre of the fairway as a large tree protects the corner of the dogleg on the right side. Fairway bunkers protect the left side of the fairway but only come into play for the long hitter.

The second shot is played with a mid-iron to a green that is severely sloped toward the player. The green has no bunkers to protect it however the swales and mounding designed into and around this green make it one of the toughest on the course. Club selection and placement of the second shot is at a premium on this hole to shoot a low score. The correct yardage on the second shot is important in eliminating the possibility of having to play a very long putt on this sloped green. Watch out for the right front pin placement, a large swale protects this area of the green and putting can be extremely difficult.

Par is a great score here.
