A large pond will catch an errant tee shot to the right side of the landing area on this straight away Par 4. The landing area is situated in a large swale that intersects the fairway. The second shot is played to an elevated green protected by bunkers on the left and mounding on the right.
Only the top half of the flagstick is visible to the player from the fairway placing a strong emphasis on proper club selection. Be careful not to overshoot this green as the ball will kick off the back mounding and end up in the woods providing very little chance of recovery.
If the pin is cut on the front left part of the green behind the bunker, there is very little room for error. The putting surface of this hole also has a number of swales running throughout, making it an interesting hole to putt on.
